This Pokémon was included within a trailer for the movie due for release in July 2011 under the title Pocket Monsters: Best Wishes airing after the Phantom Champion Zoroark film. It waved at the camera with a note saying "See you next year". It was later revealed on the Pokémon Sunday of July 25th 2010 as a special event Pokémon. It is listed in the Isshu Pokédex is #000 and will be distributed through the Liberty Ticket event at game's release. Information from Serebii.net
